Loopi is a rental marketplace: think food-delivery UX, but for renting gear. Owners list equipment, renters book time slots online and collect in person.
The interesting problems are availability (a calendar per item, not a stock count), deposits and trust between strangers, and making the booking flow short enough that people actually finish it.
