At ITSaaz I worked on public-sector systems used across the country: the Justice Window citizen portal and its administrative dashboard, an electronic declaration system, a CRM, and a smart-companion app.
Government software has constraints consumer products don't: accessibility for a very wide audience, long-lived browsers, heavy forms, and strict authentication. We built PWA packages and a component library — published on NPM and still used in government authentication systems.
I joined as the front-end developer while the company was forming an AI-based authentication team, then helped hire and lead three more developers.
