Espad's front-end lived in a monorepo: a client web app, an admin web app, a shared component library, and supporting services for auth, accounts and workflow.
We built the component library twice — once in React and an earlier iteration in Svelte — which was an unusually direct lesson in how framework choice shapes API design.
The flagship feature was a no-code form and website builder, letting non-technical users compose pages from blocks and publish them.
