Cafoo — AI Real-Estate Platform

Cafoo is the largest system I own end to end. Buyers search properties in natural language; an AI layer turns that into structured filters and explains the results.

Behind it sits a lead engine: leads arrive from WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram webhooks, get scored, assigned to agents, and followed up automatically on a schedule. Voice notes are transcribed and summarised so agents never lose context.

It also runs "khabarkhan" — an automated content pipeline that reads RSS feeds, scores each item for importance, rewrites the good ones into bilingual articles, generates matching cover art and story images, and publishes them.

There's an Android client in Kotlin alongside the web app, plus a browser extension that syncs WhatsApp conversations into the CRM.
